⚠️ Accuracy Disclaimer: Human & System Errors
TruTravel | Booking Accuracy, Customer Responsibility & Correction Policy

📅 Travel Itinerary Reconfirmation Policy
TruTravel | Staying Informed, On Time, and Prepared
Airline schedules can change unexpectedly. TruTravel strongly recommends that all travelers reconfirm their flight details before departure to avoid disruptions.
1. Traveler Responsibility
Passengers must verify and reconfirm the following:
- Departure and arrival times
- Flight numbers and airline codes (especially for codeshare flights)
- Departure terminal and boarding gate
- Delays, rescheduling, or cancellations
We recommend reconfirming:
- 72 hours before international flights
- 48 hours before domestic flights
2. How to Reconfirm Your Flight
- ✅ Visit the airline’s official website using your booking reference
- ✅ Use the airline’s mobile app for real-time notifications
- ✅ Call the airline’s customer service line
- ✅ Monitor email/SMS alerts from TruTravel and the airline
3. Codeshare & Multi-Airline Bookings
- Each airline manages its own portion of your journey
- Schedule changes may apply to only part of your trip
- Verify details with each airline involved
4. Consequences of Missing a Flight Without Reconfirmation
- You may be marked as a “no-show”, canceling your remaining itinerary
- Rebooking options may be limited and subject to:
- Fare differences
- Change penalties
- Availability constraints
❗ TruTravel is not responsible for missed flights caused by failure to reconfirm.
5. How TruTravel Supports You
- Sending reminders for key segments when applicable
- Providing airline contact info and reconfirmation links
- Assisting with rebooking (subject to airline policy) if changes occur
