Our cancellation and rebooking policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with airline fare rules and service provider terms. Below is an outline of your options and responsibilities when seeking to cancel or modify a confirmed booking.

You may request to rebook your flight in the following situations:
- Change of travel date or time
- Change of origin or destination (if permitted by fare conditions)
- Switching to a different airline (only if allowed by the original fare)

You may cancel your confirmed ticket, subject to the applicable airline and TruTravel policies.

Some non-refundable tickets may qualify for future travel credit, typically valid for up to 1 year from the original travel date.

Note: TruTravelβs service fees are non-refundable, even if the airline waives their penalties.

You may qualify for a partial or full waiver of cancellation fees in special cases such as:
- Death or serious illness of a passenger (official documentation required)
- Duplicate bookings made by mistake
- Airline-initiated cancellations, schedule disruptions, or travel bans

- Credit Card Payments: 5β15 business days
- Bank Transfers or International Payments: 15β30 business days
