2. Accepted Payment Methods

B. Bank Transfers / ACH

For high-value or corporate bookings, we accept:

C. Third-Party Card Payments

Payments made on behalf of another traveler must include:

• Signed authorization form by the cardholder

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to ticket issuance or booking confirmation.
• All fares are subject to availability until payment is successfully processed.
• TruTravel does not hold or guarantee prices for unpaid bookings.

4. Currency & Processing

• All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Foreign cardholders may incur additional currency conversion or transaction fees.
• Any processing fees will be clearly disclosed during checkout.

5. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is processed:

• A confirmation email and invoice will be sent within 30–60 minutes.

6. Fraud Prevention & Verification

• TruTravel may verify identity for high-risk, international, or large-value transactions.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Notify TruTravel within 24 hours if you see an incorrect charge.
• Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to denied future bookings and account restrictions.
• We aim to resolve all payment disputes fairly with full documentation.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are processed based on TruTravel’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (unless stated otherwise).
• Airline penalties or service fees may apply and will be itemized in your invoice.
